So I just bought a 2011 Jetta TDI auto, it has about 500miles on it, and during acceleration going about 20-35mph it hesitates ALOT, it kind of feels like when you hit the breaks and the ABS kicks on but its when i get it when I hit the gas.....any ideas  (I did bring it into the dealership yesterday and have not herd from them yet)

Not a very clear description. ABS is a very abrupt sensation. Are you describing that under accelerating the power dies?

Does it happen when the engine is cold and gets better once lubricants heat up? Our TDI hesitates at lower speeds when the engine is cold. Once up to normal temperature, it works just fine. It's one of the quirks of DSG.

Honestly I cant tell you if it was warm or not, i had been driven it for a good 10min or so the last time it happened, the first time I drove it for more then a half of an hour and then got off of the highway to pick something up for work so it was off for maybe 15min or so and it happened getting to the highway....

do a search for "hesitation" "hiccup" or "cold studder" there is a feature of you're car that on initial start up and driving the first 10 min under light load around 25-40mph there is a jolt from loss of power then everything's normal. Sadly it's been a feature since 2009, people belive it's due to the EGR valves cycling back pressure for the emissions equipment.

Does MD have the lemon law, Have the manufacturer buy back your lemon and get into something new without the old problems you'll encounter for a half million miles.
If your chilly cheese burger franchise can cover up the problem they will.
Research lemon laws.

I believe it applies to to the JSW and Golf CR's too, but based on year and probably VIN. That info I don't have - but do a search in the MkVI Golf forums and you should be able to find something on it which might help you more.
