None, but someday....
So I've been tossing up sourcing the proper TMC box for my MFD here in the US...the only reason I would buy it is if the TMC would work for traffic routing at all.

Does anyone here have one and can tell me if it does or not in the US? It's an expensive chance to take.

Not yet - fuel is too cheap! - 3.2 VR6 R32
It appears there is some sort of network in USA/Canada

You would need a non-encrypted RDS based service for it to work on MFD

e.g. in Australia we have the service but it is encrypted from provider (SUNA), so it does not work on my MCD

The main reason for having the TMC Box on MFD-G is that is the only way to get the in-dash display to work, as it acts as the CANBUS translator between the Bosch and VW CAN

I understand that, I never needed one since I have a D unit and 3LB for the cluster.

I'm curious now if the traffic info would work in the states though, which is why I ask.

What inspired me to think this might work is that I'm upgrading to the 2010 RNS-E in my RS4 and it shows TMC info in the US.
