Timing Belt Change

Hey Guys,
What parts should get changed during the first timing belt change? I've also read that the new timing belts last longer?

Go to www.dieselgeek.com and look up the Deluxe TB change kit... U$340... that's it!!! Don't do a belt change without replacing just about all those parts (he does throw in a few extra bolts just in case)...
