I went though a few different dealers on the selection tool to find an earlier buyback date. My local dealer didn't have anything until mid Jan. (CA Bay Area)

Rejected Dec 2nd because I only uploaded the two signed pages.
Offer approved Dec 6th.
Appointment scheduled for Dec 23rd.

Financed with VW credit.

After calling four different times and talking to four different people I finally found out why my notarized documents were rejected. For some reason when I print them my Adobe is cutting off the page numbers and QR code box at the bottom of every page. Therefore they rejected them for missing ID meaning the page ID. The lady I talked to today put in a ticket to reset my account so I can upload them again. She said that could take up to a week. It's already been 4 weeks since my original notarized document upload with no communication from them to me, only me calling them.

12/5 Portal opened, scheduled appt. for buyback.
12/20 - Took first appt. available @ 5pm. (Did check 5-6 other close VW dealers and this was the earliest appt. available.

Can you tell me what dealers you looked at? I just submitted my notarized offer and I am wondering what the wait will be.

Rejected yesterday 12/5 claiming they couldn't read the stamp.
Had it renotorized this morning. Crystal clear just uploaded. We'll see how long this one takes. Hopefully not another 10 days. All I picture are the sloths from zootopia (for those that get the reference)
Anyone else in the same boat as me? Any luck with turnaround?

Scheduled it @ Wellesley, closest to my home and had the first available. I also looked at Boston VW in Watertown, VW Gallery in Norwood, Colonial in Medford, Quirk in Braintree, Minuteman in Bedford, and I believe their might have been one other. Most dealers had openings on the 21st and 22nd. Wellesley only had two available on the 20th, 5pm and 6pm.

Also scheduled my appt. yesterday (12/12) and was able to get 1/4/17 as the earliest date. I only really have one convenient dealer, so I didnt check around to see if I could get one sooner.

I uploaded the notarized offer on 12/8. The appointment was scheduled on 12/13. I had a lot of local dealers to choose from and the earliest I could find was 1/5.

I just received the "Final Offer Letter" today. Does anyone know, for sure, how much time I have to notarize and return the accepted offer? Is there a cut off time before the Sept. 2018 date? Also, how long do we have, after the accepted offer is returned, to make an appointment to return the car? And, how far out are the appointment date choices? Are the choice dates only within a month, or can you choose a date 3 months out?
Reason I'm asking is that I'm not ready to buy another car right now. I don't have the money to lay out to buy another car, so I'm relying on the buyout payment for the next car. Id like to shop around and find the right car and the best deal... have a car picked out before I return my TDi.

I messed up on the milage as of today. Car parked at parents house, dad gave me wrong milage, but guess doesnt really matter ( i hope) since im not getting anything back. I have vw credit loan
