This doesn't justify badgering a call center worker.And this is why so many people are so frustrated and calling the claim center, because we want to speak with VW upper management about this and they should hear how frustrated customers are. Yet when you call the claim line and ask to speak to a supervisor....they say someone will call you back in 2-3 business days (which never happens). And when you ask to speak to who their supervisor supervisor is....they say there is no one to talk to. THIS IS WHY SO MANY ARE FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW.
If someone wants to talk to VW management, call VW management (good luck). They're definitely not hanging out with the hired help their contractor is employing.
I get folks are frustrated, that's just a crappy way to express it.
