I sure hope you are right -- I want to buy one! I've been trying to work out a deal on a NOS 2015 GSW, but so far no joy. From what is happening to the 15s as of right now it is looking like they will be able to resell all of them once they have had whatever repair the EPA & CARB approve....
And with the change in political parties in washington even if CARB does not approve resale of the Gen 1s, the EPA likely will so not many if any will end up not being resold....
Can you look up VINs for others?
Thats the jetta, went back last week, I have to imagine it would take a few months to update in the system.

Once home to the Detroit Lions, monster truck rallies and fun, the Pontiac Silverdome is now mostly just home to recalled TDI Volkswagen and Audi cars and SUVs that were affected by the Volkswagen diesel scandal. The cars are stored at the decaying stadium's parking lot while the automaker develops a way to make the cars meet emission standards. Surprising absolutely no one, dozens of these remotely stored VWs have been discovered stolen, then given fake titles and shipped out of state...
Well, the dealerships still had to pay off their lot loans to VW to have the cars, but weren't allowed to sell them. No dealerships made any money off this deal.Dealer association should be giving a kick back to VWoA for all the new sales.
Consumerism is alive in well!
