Mod can move if deemed worthy. Question is, I have had my daily driver '15 Passat at Kraftwerks in Walpole, MA (MrChill on this site) for a GTD2260 install along with a DP, 12.9 head-bolts, and fuel pump mods. It's been a week over 3 months thus far with no completion date in sight....just excuses and runaround.
How would most of you proceed at this point? In my opinion (and his) this has taken far too long, as it was stated to be a 2wk job. From the start, in good faith, I decided to turn my car over to this shop to do the stated work within that approximate time frame. I say approximate because I can understand some extra time needed. But, at this point 2wks vs 3+ months is.....well, ridiculous!
What would be a reasonable next step?

honestly, having seen the (lack of) updates in the DM we have you've been more than patient.

there comes a point to cut your losses, i would try to do the work yourself at this point or find another shop.

you may also want to consider calling him out by name and @'ing him, he is on the forum.
though, perhaps that (and maybe this) would be more suited in the vendor accountability thread:

goodluck with this, i know first hand being strung along by a shop isnt fun

I would call and email. If they don't answer: leave a message that you are picking up the car in a week (or other firm date) unless they call you back immediately. Tell them to have all parts gathered (new and old) and placed in the trunk and receipts ready to close out bill. You might consider a certified letter as well, incase this gets ugly.

If they want your business and to get paid for work already done, they will have to respond immediately.

Update. Was told today, his plan is to have it together tonight to be able to be driven around the shop. If that is factual, then tuning it will follow......we'll see.

PS: Maybe he saw this post....I hope so
