TDIFest Swap Meet

Someone suggested setting up a swap meet at the TDIFest for people to part with/pick up spare parts people may have around. I'm not sure if we have space or how it would be layed out, but is there any interest in such an event? Please post your thoughts here, and if we have enough interest I'll work on setting something up for the Fest.

Sounds like a great idea to me. I know I have a few things I could get rid of. I sure there must be others out there who might be looking for something or at least looking to unload some stuff cluttering their garage. It's worth looking into.

You know, I'd be interested in donating some stuff to the meet, if the profit goes to Fred, stuff like regular heated mirrors, never used floor mats. etc.

I believe we are leaning towards an informal swap meet, as has been done at previous Fests. It will probably be held near the Show-n-Shine car show during the same time frame.

I have a set of 15 steel rims and wheel covers that I removed from my 2001 Golf with around 43K on them. I don't have a need for an extra set of rims for snow tires, but thought that someone further north might.

Any interest? I'm coming from MD like jettafock and probably won't bring them unless someone seriously wants them.

Wiper switch for Golf, Jetta wagen, or Passat wagen: $35 OBO

European rear sunshade for Golf: $45 OBO
