Greetings everyone!
As many of you may (or may not know) TDIFest is a family-friendly affair where we encourage registered TDIClub members to make TDIFest a destination vacation or trip and bring the family for a fun-filled weekend.
This year, we've decided to open up a feeler section to the forum members to see what sorts of Family Friendly activities you'd like to see happen at a TDIFest near you. We can't guarantee that your idea will make the cut, but we're happy to consider your thoughts and maybe pool them together for this and future fests.
Please remember that these things can be anything from Arts n' Crafts, to games, to activities that would make things more interesting for the children and significant others that you may be bringing along as a guest who may not have the same level of diesel-head appreciation that you do.
I'll start:
1. Face painting
2. Balloons
3. Oil/Water experiments
4. VW/TDI emblem crafts
5. Mario Kart games (Wii) - deegingerkid
6. Coloring/Activity books center
7. Blocks center/legos
8. Wrenching table (kids playing with tools!)
9. Relay races
10. VW power Wheels "race track"
11. Dunk Tank
12. Bounce house
13. Bean bag toss
Feel free to think of more and I'll add them to the list to see what we can come up with! Let's see how creative people can be.
