I remember many years ago Jon Hamilton and the VW TDI Rally car was there and I was in the pits with the crew as the Vag Com man..... Great day I recall the Subys rumbling in but the TDI was really quiet.

The past several years have seen attendance numbers between 225 and 260 people with nearly 200 vehicles.

If you're in the NOVA area, perhaps I've seen you around!

Relocated from NoVA to CT a few years back. Lived in Falls Church. Used to clock myself on the outer loop (72m) early Sunday mornings in my BMW for fun and excitement.?

When's the drive on Mt Washington Autoroad? It's only $750 to rent it for a private evening event!

That would be totally cool but it is a couple of hours from the resort. I went to the top on my way back home last time I was up there. Definitely worth the trip!!!

A couple of hours? It's a little less than an hour. I ski at Sunday River and winter hike the White Mountains all the time, so it's just a short drive out Route 2 and then onto 16.

Saladino's in Gorham (NH) has the best Italian food I have found anywhere, including Italy. Definitely worth the trip. I occasionally drive 3 hours just to stock up on their sauce, it's that good.

I'll discuss this with the rest of the planning group - a group drive to the top and dinner in Gorham. $750 to rent the road isn't bad at all!

Pricing for the road is min 30 people @ $25 each or $750. (20% deposit, plus 10% surcharge) Max 40 people.

Perhaps check if it's available for the Saturday night and post to gauge interest.
