The proposed date at this point will be the classic labor day weekend:
Friday Sep. 3 -> Sunday Sep. 5

Please stay tuned for more info as we shift from planning the proposal to planning the fest.

Part of my Dad's family was from Wolfsburg. My Grandfather (mom's side)was a parts manager at a VW dealership in Bamberg, southern Germany. She had no chance,HeeHee.

As for distance . . . ain't these cars of ours capable of running like at least 10 hours without stopping for fuel /images/graemlins/wink.gif
