I'm looking to put new injectors in a ALH. I was going to have them custom built for a better injection pump and a bigger turbo. Is it better to rebuild the factory ones or is there a better easier option? I know on some CAT engines you can run John Deere injectors and make more power, just curious if you could do the same for the ALH?

I have some ised injectors that will give you more power. They are best with a tune you will smoke with out them bit s bigger turbo will clean it up an IC even more so (m

In short the answer is yes lots of peole drop nozzles on factory stocks , NUT this can and eventually will damage the engine. I seen my friends Cummins melt from over fuel…so

- 98 Jetta TDI AHU 1.9L (944 TDI swap in progress) I moved so now i got nothing but an AHU in a garage on a pallet.
It's best to do a hot swap with kerma or send them out to be done by a proper vendor who can pop teat and shim tune them with 2 stage setup. Not many have this ability. A DIY is risky but it's cheap.
