TDI Fest 2003 registrations are now open!

This thread is meant to help us track the number of people staying at the hotel so that we can track usage compared to our commitment.

Please read the hotel information on this page and after you have made you reservation please post here.

We look forward to seeing everyone at TDI Fest 2003!

When you call the hotel you must specify that you are booking under TDI Fest 2003 to get our group rate.

I've reserved a room for August 29th to 31st at the Holiday Inn in Burlington.

It's booked under David Rammstein for 1 non-smoking adult.

I'll see y'all at the Fest, hopefully with a new B4!!!

JettaJake, suds described what I asked for: you have to say that it is a group rate for TDI Fest 2003.

I got the 109/night of stay as mentioned by suds.

If you say that it's for "tdiclub" or "Fred’s club" they won't know what you're talking about.

Don't call during the night (as I did last night around 1 am), because the employee doesn't seem to know anything about much.

For people oversee or in a different time zone, try to figure out the local time you are calling at, it will help you.

I don't need a room... one of the perks of living local to the site of `Fest `03

I've booked a room. I don't know yet how many will be in my room, I'm fairly certain at this point at least two. Possibly more. I'll be arriving Thursday evening late and leaving the 31st.

I was looking the other day....rate was $113 canadian (~US$75) which isn't unreasonable. Ramms, what did you get the room for?

Is there a deal for TDI'ers and should we ask for a group rate?

I just made hotel reservations for all 3 nights.

Momma & Papa Metalnerd are coming. The 2 Metalnerd larvae are still being negotiated with Grandma Metalnerd.

I will sign up for the meals Friday night if that is OK due to the lack of an exact number. Figure on 2 minimum for the Brunch and Banquet.

Can't wait.
