So my car has been in the shop for 2.5 months with this problem and I know the part is on back order. Anyone have any tips or other ways to get a loaner because my dealership says they don’t have any..

I have a nice, reliable 2003 Jetta I will sell you that I will 100% guarantee will not need a turbocharger replaced for a year.
I have two dead CKRA Passats here now waiting on parts. These are in no way a reliable car to have as your only means of transportation.

Insist on a loaner or something. It is specified in the Emissions Warranty document. Call the class action attorneys. Only thing left to do short of buying or renting your own.

Not your problem that they don't have loaners. They need to rent you a car. I've gone through this with local dealers in the past.
