my 2011 TDI jetta push to start sucks so far, might be the 1000w sub in the back draining electricity but i have to hold down the push to start for 10 seconds or longer every morning. is it just the sub?
Glow plugs don't come on until ~40*F IIRC... That would explain why it started up at those temps without issue.but it started when night temp was just low 50's in maybe high 40's
wait ten second then it cranks i found the problem it was the sub for sure im selling the sub now. Fixed the start and some minor light problemsDoes the engine crank continuously for 10 seconds while you push the button, or do you push the button and wait about 10 seconds before the engine cranks?
