I have a few bits and pieces I wouldn't mind trying to get rid of at the fest. Including some interior.

Do I need to register as a vendor, or can I just bring my stuff and will there be a time and place for it?

I don't think anyone's going to have a problem if you have a few things to get rid of, as long as it isn't a VW Bus plus a trailer full of stuff (like people bring to the Bug Out in Virginia). There will be plenty of parking lot time where people are milling about. Might I recommend parking a bit off to the side so as to avoid clutter in the middle of high traffic areas?

Swapping a few things is not a problem, but I'd recommend posting a FS/WTB thread just so you know you have a buyer and don't end up bringing things back home as tomo366 mentioned above.
