If I change the ecu, cluster and key will this be a workable solution?

No problem. Trying to get around spending big bucks on a tune. The ecu I am considering has the manual swap and a stage 2. I can do the immobilizer thing but with the cost of that and the cost of the ecu I will be over the budget!
