Hello again, I've been throwing parts at problems and now I'm down to one last assumption as to what this clunk is...I'm thinking CV axle is toast. Video description details what I've replaced thus far...any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks! http://youtu.be/sXxaH9Zhmco

If it is the axle/joint you should be able to test that by turning the wheel all the way to the side and moving the car around in a parking lot in circles.

Found it. Control arm bushing popped up out of the arm. Little bstrd. I guess I was a little zealous with the scotch brite.

What method did you use to press it in? I'm amazed it came separated.

I used a hydraulic press. I'm not sure if I mentioned it, but I'm pretty sure I may have sanded/polished the inner ring of the arm a little too much.
