Super rough idle help

So I’m new to the VW world, especially when it comes to the TDIs. I’ve owned my 1.8t for about a year now, and I’m looking into buying a 03 Jetta TDI alh this coming up weekend. Seems pretty solid for the most part. The guy sent me a video of it running, says the only code it’s thrown has been for injection pump timing, was just wondering if anyone had a bit of helpful advice on what might be causing it to idle like this in the video.

Pretty Solid? Where are the fenders? Clue as to how bad that car is is the time he took to start it. it should not need any glowplug time if it's that warm out (camo dude is wearing sandals), but he took his time and let the glow plugs run their course - likely for a reason.

Could be a number of things - bad injection timing, bad injector, bad pump, poor compression...

I love a challenge, and I would stay away from that car.
