Sunroof control lit up at night?

As the title says, I have a 2014 Passat. I am wondering if the sunroof control should be lit up in the overhead console. Thanks for the replies.

I checked mine, no lights on the sunroof knob. The switches for the dome lights are red, the switch for the interior light is red and there are 2 red lights glowing. 2014 sel premium
