Sudden turbo noise and no boost overnight

you have something very wrong. that log looked a lot different. yu're not making any boost

When I was taking that log it felt like I had really bad boost lag. It was basically zero boost then it all came at once. Any ideas on what is going on?

Is that dangerous for the engine, or is it just wasting fuel?

I checked and my turbo vanes are jammed up. How is this possible when I just rebuilt it and cleaned everything before I put it together?

Nevermind, the vanes are not jammed. I pulled the turbo off and it appears the stop screw for the actuator lost the nut and has been moving around causing under and overbooting.

I took everything apart set the actuator to crack open at 5mmhg and hit the stop screw at 18mmhg, locktited it all and put it back together. I am still over-boosting. Here is the log after setting everything perfectly. Is that normal over-boost amounts or is there something still wrong. I checked the vacuum lines and did an n75 valve test with vcds. I can't think of anything else that would be wrong other than maybe the tune.
