Stumbling under Hard Acceleration

Seems like not having as much power as I should and started noticing some stuttering under hard acceleration as approaching 3,000 RPM.

Car is mildly modified.
95k (I have owned it since 28k)
BSM delete
Bv43a with mild tune.
Stock injectors
Colt Cam replaced around 60k ago.
O1E 6 Speed conversion.
Fuel filter replaced within 30k probably less
T6 Oil and OEM filter every 5k
Air filter replaced within 30k

I am planning on pulling the Valve cover to see if something is wrong with the upgraded cam which was replaced prophylactically, and installed by a recommended mech.
Anything else I should be looking for to test?

Well cam looks immaculate. Just some polishing.
I swapped the fuel filter out. Air filter looked good. Will try again today and reevaluate.
No evidence of leaking near the tandem pump.
