i know i should know this. when should studded tries me off in new brunswick

We have a large operation in Fredericton. They have to have the studs out by the end of April

Nokian website (my previous link) doesn't say when residents of New Brunswick have to remove their studded tires.
I'll probably buy a set of Nokian Hakkapellita 2 (these come with studs) next winter.
Putting them on in late November/early December and removing them in mid/late March seems the most appropriate for the weather we get in Montreal.
Strange that it's illegal to have studded tires in Ontario...must be why they have such nice roads... /images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif
