I bought my 2013 A3 back in March, and I'm absolutely in love with her, but I've been noticing a strange noise whenever I change my speed, almost like another car honking their horn at me from a distance. This is my first car with a DSG, so I don't know if that's characteristic of this type of trans, but it is kind of strange. It seems to be coming from the center console area, almost behind the climate controls. That being said, it doesn't mess with the driving in any way, it's just a weird thing that I'm curious about.
