just a quick question. is there any motor harm that can be done from straight piping a 2013 vw passat?? it’s tuned and deleted (stage 3 power gate) with a custom dark side exhaust. basically just removed the muffler for it to be straight piped but just don’t wanna throw a rod or anything. car doesn’t get beat on and really is just for sound. any advice helps. thanks. (100k miles) (automatic)

It won't matter, but to some extent, no muffler at all can make a drone at certain RPMs that can get annoying after a while... you think it sounds neat at first, but after a while you don't really care for it.
