Starting Problem when At Operating Temp.

Since VW dealer replaced my injector pump 8 month's ago.I have had problems starting when engine is at operating temperature (takes aprox.5 sec's of cranking). When cold starts up straight away? I have had the timing checked by VW dealer. They told me that I needed a new throttle pedal. Have just changed it with no improvement. Any suggestions

What type/year car is it ??

Please try and locate someone who has a Vag-Com and take another look at your basic timing. I don't necessarily trust the dealer when he "checks" the timing... (what did he find when he checked it ???)
