Cheapest diesel in lower Baldwin County, Alabama is $1.949 at the Circle K Exxon in Foley. I think only one or two others are below the $2 mark in this area. At the beach it's as high as $2.999 still.

No KIDDING I just paid $1.629/Gal LSD.....

The price was $1.929 on pump, but I got a$ 0.30 customer discount per gallon with points (you get by shopping at the grocery store). I typically can only get enough points in a month to get a $.020 discount... I was tempted to go to Wal-Mart and buy some fuel 5 gal jugs and fill up those. You are limited to 35 gal... I put in a little over 14 Gal in the car... I would have bought another 20 gal if I could....

1.89 for top tier RUG.... 1.77 for cheap RUG

2.25-2.59 range for diesel

Luckily the cheapest diesel always tends to be right by my house.

Because you can't get a comparably fun gas car that still get upper 30s to low 40s MPG.

Also Northern IL (Near where I90 crosses into WI) - Diesel is around $2.45, there is a place south of there near my work that my boss was saying is $2.21

I just bought diesel at BP for $1.99 in the Detroit area. I also seen it for the same price at a Marathon and a Citgo in the same area. Other gas stations in the same area are selling diesel anywhere from $2.99,$2.79,$2.69 and $2.49. They don't want to drop their price. But they can't raise it fast enough when they need to.

Reg unleaded $1.70 - $1.90

Diesel here in Ebbw Vale this morning £1.06.9 per litre, so that's $1.60.35 a litre which is $6.07 a gallon US!!! blimey you guys are lucky over the pond! and that price is CHEAP compared to elsewhere in the UK!
how much does it cost to fill your tank? if I use the venting method of filling my tank I can put £57 in which is about $85.50!

It's down to 1.759 in olive branch Mississippi at the shell off hwy78/I22, and hwy 305. I love it less than 4 cents a mIle to drive. That's the cheapest I've seen it, when I bought my car I was paying 3.349 a gal for diesel, so happy I invested in my tdi.

I'm curious about diesel prices in the UK - do they vary a lot from city to city and region to region like they do in the US? Diesel here is anywhere from $1.70 to $3.00 a US gallon (£1.13-2 per US gallon), and I wonder if it varies that much over the pond as well.

Where I live, diesel is still hovering around $1.949/gallon, but at least one station is still charging $2.999 within reasonable driving distance.

My last fill-up was 30 October and it was $30.00 even for 14.158 gallons, but that was paying $2.119. So… £20 or thereabouts? I'm on empty now but haven't left the house in a few days, so I'll probably fill in the next day or three. I figure the next trip will be under $30/£20 if the price doesn't jump back up for some reason.

Last 2 weeks I have paid 1.899 in Cottage Grove Or. Moble station on hwy99. My fuelly has been reading 2-3 cents a mile for a while now. Cant remember the last time $20 nearly filled the tank and can take you 450+ miles.

Just filled up 14.5 gallons for $28. First time a complete fill was under $30 for a long time. Murphy's dropped their price to 1.93/Gal while the BP across the street is 2.39/gal and selling bio for nearly 4/gal

Hard to stomach only getting 545 miles on this tank, but I guess that's no too bad considering the horrendous construction and fog traffic delays recently.

I had almost the same experience - $1.949 and $28. My first sub-$2 fill up in probably two years.

My mileage was actually higher than its been in ages - 42 - thanks to not needing the A/C quite as much. It's a far cry from the 47 mpg average I used to get but better than most gassers.
