Since my last post I couldn't find a solution for my car to start so I took in to a hacker to do a Emmo OFF on the ECM, However here is what I am fearing,
Will it be plug and play when I bring it back or will I have issues with the ECM duties like injection timing etc, Will I see misfires etc?

I am asking this because before I sent in my ECU, it had the immobilizer issue and with a VCDS scan one error that is concerning popped up

01314 - Engine Control Module
49-10 - No Communications - Intermittent

So even if the immobilizer is bypassed how will the ecu send the signals to injectors and other engine functions if that error is still there?

The information you posted in your other thread doesn't sound like an immobilizer issue, but you could have used your VCDS cable and free software available here to disable the immobilizer as a test.

The scan you posted had several modules reporting intermittent communications with the ECU, which could have been triggered by disconnecting the battery. Did you try clearing DTCs to see if they came back?

Yes I did a DTC clear and they still came back, I also remember removing a fuse #11, on the door panel, I just cant remember if the key was off or on, but I wanted to see if it was corroded on the tip even though the test light showed there was power albeit small faint light, when I put that fuse back thats when the trouble started and imobilizer activated each and everytime.

Be that as it may, If I put that ECU since its been immo OFF, will the engine have drivability issues?

IMHO the faint test light indication on fuse #11 and the onset of issues after removing and replacing it is probably significant given fuse #11 powers the instrument cluster.

everytime you put the key in and put it on ON position the immobilizer MIL light comes on and it just cranks and cranks
This also suggests a cluster issue. The immobilizer light should not come on when you turn the key, not even if there is an immobilizer issue. If there is an immobilizer issue the car should start every time, then shut off after two seconds, then the immobilizer light should flash until the key is turned off.
