Saturday July 30, 2011 9:00AM till Dusk or when the shop kicks us out =)
Show and Shine, Wrenching, Dyno GTG. No large jobs, but they said we can wrench. I will let a guru do work in my dual car port which is 5 minutes away if something special is needed.
If you have an awning, it would be helpful if you brought it. Would be nice to have some shady spots for people who are scared of the sun. I'm assuming it will be hot
If anyone needs oem vw parts, we've got a parts manager coming. Give Fixmy59bug a pm.
Dyno runs will start at 9:00am and end at 5:00pm (with a lunch break) and we will try to put as many cars down as we can. We will allot for about an hour per car. The limit may be 8 cars. We will adjust the amount of time if allowable. Can also take a slot if you want to take logs for your tuner versus driving at illegal speeds on the freeway. Also, the shop got an optical pickup just for us! Thanks Ian!

Dyno $75 a vehicle
The shop is purchasing a optical pickup just for us! So we will get whp and torque. Their machine is an awd dynojet. Bring your quattro! We will be paying for the full day and all extra money we receive we will donate to TDICLUB.
Anyone that is interested in a dyno must abide by some rules.
Since it's so close to my place, I will BBQ up some food for everyone and we will take donations. I'd like people to let me know if they want food just to help with making enough for everyone. All money above food cost will be going to TDICLUB. I will provide everything so if you'd like to donate versus bringing plates and cups, thanks!

- We will abide by the rules the dynoshop gives us, it's their business
- No fluid leaks, we aren't looking to make a mess at someone's shop. A baby drip shouldn't be a problem.
- Car doesn't have running issues. Be considerate of other members, by not holding up the dyno day as we figure out why you have a strange thump, or your timing belt just fell off.
- Before your run, it is expected that the vehicle is warmed up and ready to go on the dyno.
- The limit may be 12 cars. I'm setting the lineup to be 7 cars with 5 alternates, to be realistic. We will adjust the amount of time for each car if allowable or at the discretion of the members. Just looking to be fair.
