I have finished production on my short shift kit for Golf IV, GTI, and Jetta IV cars, 1999 and newer. The kit reduces throws by roughly 20% in both directions (from 5" front-to-back down to 4" and from 2.75" side-to-side down to less than 2.25") The kit uses stock shifter components so the factory look is unaltered and reliability is uncompromised. The kit is only $99 with a refundable $50 core deposit on your old parts. Priority shipping to U.S. locations is included as well. Install requires at least a 100 I.Q. and a 13mm socket and ratchet. If your '99 car has different parts than the ones shown, the kit cannot be used on your car.
