During my road trip to Vegas I had some major problems. CEL came on all power was gone, RPM not over 2400. After a restart of my engine the problem would be gone for approx. 500 miles.
Now back in Wa the CEL is gone, all power is back. Still would like to know what it was.. would the code still be there now the CEL is gone? Can anybody help me? The outside temp was approx. 110F when this happend, and never cooled off much.

I remember seeing that someone in Redmond has one. Check the VAG-COM list.

OK we might need to hook up sometimes, maybe at the next GTG. My car seems to be doing perfect again. No problem at all, no CEL anymore.

I am still wondering what this could have been? I did order a new MAF....
