I am looking to replace my seats in my 98 Jetta with something more comfortable. My wife has a 2000 Beetle (TDI of course  ) and I love her seats. Does anyone know what VW seats will work without a ton of modifications? A bolt on solution would be the best.

I searched the forums but did not find much.

Thanks!

I know the A4 Seats do not bolt on to the A3. We have an extra set of heated seats from my A4 we wanted to put in the A3 but I read here they do not swap out. I could not find anyone who put A4 seats in an A3.

What you want is a set of B-4 Passat seats.
This will give you an up-grade seat option that is a direct "bolt-in" replacement for the A-3 seats.

Check the WTB / FS section here and over at the vortex web site.

Will a Passat driver seat fit in a Jetta, 2000.

Hi,
I am having an issue with my Jetta driver seat, it moves backward on its own? Any idea on how to fix it? Also, I feel more comfortable in a Passat seat 1999, so is it possible to swap seats?
