Seat Rail Mount Rusted Away

So I got a new seat from a local guy today, and when I pulled mine off, I noticed the spot by the front of the seat where the rail mounts to the car was rusted completely off. Is there any fix for this that I can do?

Drivers seat is the one with the issue, so this is kind of a big problem.
