has anyone tried pulling the injection quantity into the gauges?
I am really interested in this as well. My numbers were very far off last week with VAG-COM before the injectors were sent out to be rebuilt. I am now really curious what they will be when my injectors get the new nozzles, but I don't want to keep hooking up my laptop...

For anyone who cares, here is working water temp for the 2010 JSW:

TXD: 07DF0167
RXF: 04410567
RXD: 3008
MTH: 00090005FFD8 (or 00010001FFD8 if you prefer celcius)
NAM: WTR

I notice the car sits around 198 to 210 F a lot, even though it's 55F outside... anyone know if this is normal for diesel? I assume it is, but I'm used to seeing temps in the 180-190F (gassers)
I monitor Water Temp & Catalsyt 1 w/ SG2, During a regen the Catayst 1 reads 1,000 - 1,210 degrees and Water Temp goes up to 203-204 (193 or so is normal on mine). Would like to monitor/read the Fuel Rail pressure.

Tried it in my Golf too, same blank result. I think the CJAA catalysts are set up slightly different though? Maybe the numbering is too. Some day when I have time maybe I'll go through all the xgauges in that list and see if anything comes up.

I live at 6,900 ft and regularly drive over the Continental Divide and could even drive up to 14,265 ft (highest paved road in US). As a result I was hoping someone (seftonm or other knowledgeable members) could verify the coding in addition to the first posting on this topic for the last 4 digits in MTH entry. My brother came up with:

10.0 FF9C
10.1 FF9B
10.2 FF9A
10.3 FF99
10.4 FF98
10.5 FF97
10.6 FF96
10.7 FF95
10.8 FF94
10.9 FF93

11.0 FF92
11.1 FF91
11.2 FF90
11.3 FF8F
11.4 FF8E
11.5 FF8D
11.6 FF8C
11.7 FF8B
11.8 FF8A
11.9 FF89

Thanks much in advance!

I drive Dave's at work!
rxf byte 3 is 0x85?

Seems crazy to ask about this after 7 years, but the 85 in the RXF should be a 5 I thought.

I had both my Scangauges' firmware updated by the local Linear Logic rep and now they include MAP (absolute pressure) and BST (boost pressure) gauges from the factory. You still have to program your own MAF gauge tho. My reason for upgrading was so that I could read transmission temperature from our 2014 Honda Odyssey. Also the trip fuction now has a performace function which allows you to record 0-60 times and 60-0 braking distance and other cool stuff.

It is pretty neat that a device I bought 8 years ago just keeps getting better!
