Intakes

All of these intakes will bolt up to all PD and VE heads with the same gasket as the stock intake. They will also fit the AAZ TD if you are an IDI guy!

PD150 Intakes

PD150 Intake manifold (Bare) - £140 Much better than the stock ALH intake and wont kill your engine like the US PD intakes do when they ingest the butterflies.

Complete PD150 Intake with EGR and Elbow Pipe - £175
Can also be supplied with EGR Cooler for £10 Extra

Passat RHS / Driver side PD Intake

Passat RHS PD intakes (Bare) - £140 These are required if you want a clean install for a FMIC to cut down on excessive pipework.

SDI ‘Snail’ Intake

These are the best inlet I’ve come across so far, the runners are over a foot long and it has a large plenum and fits in a very compact space.

With Genuine VW 'RacePipe' (2.5"), Genuine VW EGR Blank and Plugged Breather Hole. READY TO FIT - £175


PD150 TIP Kit’s

They come complete with everything you need to fit them - £140

For an extra £70 when purchased with a TIP Kit I can supply a R32 DSG Snorkel Kit (a small mod to the Air box bottom is needed for the MUCH larger snorkel)

If you want a complete OEM setup the R32 air box kit (including new filter element, the Air box Bottom is NOT available on itself) can be purchased for an extra £100 on top of the snorkle price - The R32 Airbox and Snorkle are £170 combined

This will need to be used with a R32 MAF housing, the PD150 accordion hose will slip over the MAF with a little persuasion to make the largest OEM Intake setup. I can supply a new R32 DSG MAF sensor for £125

If you already purchased a TIP kit shipping will be £50 for the above 2 items together due to the size of the box!

These are a direct fit on just about any Turbocharger on the 1.9 TDI Engines (VE and PD). These are reusable and easy to remove still fitted to the turbocharger.

These are a perfect upgrade to take the PD100 BEW and BRM to the next stage!


3 BAR MAPS

Brand NEW, GENUINE VW 3 BAR Map Sensors. Ideal upgrade from the standard 2.5 BAR MAP sensor, as the standard 2.5 BAR will not read any more than 1.5 BAR (Relative). Obviously your car would be mapped to take into account the new sensor.

These are the small probe MAP sensors, so would require a rubber spacer if fitting in the place of the early, large probe sensor. These are £2 extra.

4 BAR MAPS

Brand NEW, GENUINE VW 4 BAR MAP Sensors. Ideal upgrade from the standard 2.5 or 3 BAR MAP sensor, as the standard 2.5 BAR will not read any more than 1.5 BAR (Relative). Obviously your car would be mapped to take into account the new sensor.

GTB Turbochargers

These are probably the Ultimate Street Turbo for the 1.9 TDIs.

The GTB2260VK, GTB2056VK and GTB1756VK are more or less identical visually, and will all interchange. So, for example, you could upgrade from a GTB1756VK to a GTB2260VK just by changing the Turbo.

I have New, Reconditioned and Used GTB2260VK and GTB1756VKs IN STOCK and Ready to go. All can be converted to Vacuum with OEM Parts, looks like a factory installation. GTB2056VK turbos are almost impossible to source BUT I have one in stock, once it's gone I don’t know when I'll get another.

GTB Turbo Flange Adapter for Longitudinally Mounted TDI Engines​

Fits ALL VW Passat / Audi A4 / A6 and Skoda Superb Vehicles with the 1.9 and 2.0 TDI Engines​

This kit consists of:​

Darkside Developments Waterjet Cut GTB Turbo Flange​

BRM Turbo Upgrade

This will be a bolt on upgrade for you guys with the BRM engines, I've fitted a few of these to Caddies with the BLS engine (our BRM basically) and they work a treat, one customer claimed 190WHP but i've not seen the dyno printout

We can do a good deal along with some PD150 injectors


RANDOM PARTS SALE:


12mm pump-

Its based on an 11mm body with a Genuine Bosch 12mm head and lots of internal upgrades. Has plenty or fuel for any size injectors, i had these running with .341's (below) and it ran sweet at part throttle and toasted the tyres at full throttle with minimal smoke (until i turned them up!! haha)

The pump has done around 1000 or so miles since being built
Ideally requires a new plug as i broke the connector when i was messing around. I'd like £1000 inc shipping, getting these built properly is not easy, willing to listen to sensible offers on all parts!!!

.341 injectors-

These have at most 200miles on them, i ran R520's before (below!!) I maxed the R520's out and these were installed for 1 dyno run and a bit of tuning before the engine was parted out. They were fitted to brand new bodies, I'm asking £550. No need for core returns but £50 will be credited if you do!
I made 280hp easily and one customer has 314hp with an 11mm pump!!!!!



R520's on Bodies

These are only 800miles old and ran perfect, only changed due to upgrade to .341's above. The R520's and 12mm pump are good for around 280hp according to my last dyno.
I'd like £350 for these

I'll have more stuff to list shortly, T4 pistons and custom H beam 1z/AHU rods

Ryan- Your 6 speed final drive ratio chart has me confused, because it has final drive ratio 1 and final drive ratio 2. How do you tell which ratio is with which trans code?
Which 6 speeds do you currently have for sale?
Also I wondered if you could find a ECU (ECM) for a AFN engine that would plug into a USA harness for a 96 passat 1Z car.

I can get hold of the AFN ecu's, not sure on cost as it's a while since i bought an ECU! PM me for pricings, i'll need to erase the Immobiliser for it to work on your car.

The gear ratio chart is easy and confusing at the same time, the 02M gearbox had 2 final drives, one for 1st to 4th, the second for Reverse, 5th and 6th. You cannot add the ratios for these gearboxes into any normal calculator because of this, i normally do 3 gears at a time and merge them together. The ratio's are in the same column as the Sub-code. I'll be making a new chart soon with more infomation and comparisons to the 5 speeds.

If you could have only cleaned the EGR and intake manifold out to look new ... Hopefully its all going to go in before the end of the year!

I would still clean the intakes myself but i was doing so many my neighbours complained about the mess on the street from the Jet Spray!!

It's not a long job for one but 10+ take a long time! lol

I'm still looking for a shop to do them at a reasonable price!

I have a stock 02 TDI Beetle ALH with the EGR Delete Kit from Diesel Geek. If I purchased the PD150 injectors, are they just plug and play? Or would I need to modify my pump and or reprogram my ECU? Do I need the PD150 intake also, or would the stock intake be sufficient?

PD injectors are completely different to the ones used in your VP engine! Look or some nozzles that'll fit your injectors.

On an unrelated note, a PD150 intake is better than the stock ALH intake and would be beneficial.

Yeah KITT is right, you need VP Nozzles or Injectors, which dependant on what size you get, may or may not need a remap.
I can get any of the VP Nozzles if you need them.
The PD150 Intake is not 'needed' but would be a vast improvement on your stock ALH Intake.
