I’m looking to sell some of my leftover TDI parts:
The first item is the CHRA from the original GTB2260VK that came on a car I purchased in 2015. It was only on the car for 2,000 miles before I decided to upgrade to something bigger. The VNT mechanism has been modified to work with a VNT-17 actuator.
The only bad news is that when they shipped it back to me with the new turbo, they didn’t package it the best and the compressor wheel has a few bent fins. Should be pretty easy to get a new MFS 60mm compressor wheel for this turbo.
Price $65 shipped

Finally, I have a complete GLI brake kit that came off my 2004 Jetta TDI. The parts that will be included are 1.8T/VR6 spindles, control arms that have Audi TT bushings installed (the bushings have some cracking going on, so they might need to be replaced depending on how meticulous you are), 5x100 hubs for 6 speed axles (they might work for 5 speed axles), 312mm drilled and slotted rotors in good shape, GLI brake calipers with Hawk HPS brake pads that are 70%, wheel speed sensors that worked before they were removed, and extra hardware.
I’d highly recommend installing new wheel bearings and ball joints or at least new wheel bearings for sure, since the boots are still intact on the ball joints so you technically could still run them.
Price: $350 shipped or $275 picked up in Sturgeon Bay, WI/meet in Green Bay, WI.

Let me know if you need any more pictures, since these are just some of the pictures I took of each item.

Would those hawk pads work on a 10 Jetta cup edition? 312mm fronts 112 pattern?
I'm honestly not sure if the Hawk Brake pads from the GLI kit I'm selling would fit in the calipers on your 2010 Jetta Cup Edition. I'll see if I can cross reference the part numbers tonight or tomorrow and let you know.

pm'd about the "clutch" pedal. ;)
Sent you a reply about the"clutch" pedal. ;)

It's actually a 2012 jsw. But it's easier to cross ref for the cup edition. Parts place gave me the wrong part 3 times...

After doing some cross referencing it doesn't look like the brake pads in my front calipers would work in your 2012 JSW.

If you're looking for another brand of brake pads that offer great stopping power, check out G-Loc brake pads. For street purposes, I'd recommend their GS-1 brake pad. It looks like you'd need part number GP1107 in front and GP1456 in the rear.

Talk to Luis at Automobile Day Spa and he'll get you all set up.

Would the brakes spindles etc. Work on my 03 Jetta wagon?

No worries, thanks for the reply.

So tempting, gotta think through if I can get it done along with all my other automotive projects, without my wife killing me...

Figured out that my clutch needs attention before I do anything else

Pardon my ignorance but is the shifter from an 02a or 02j?

The shifter is from an O2J and I forgot to edit the listing, but I sold the shifter a month ago.

Will Those Rosten fit an ALH engine?

I have a set of rosten with one being bad, I'd like to make sure they are the same though

On the Rosten rod, which dimension was out? Big end, small end or length?
The length was short by just a tiny bit or at least that's what I was told, since I'm unable to measure the connecting rods myself.
I can get a second opinion from a friend that's done engine work before, just to verify that one of them is slightly out of spec if you're interested in buying them.
