RGM Bumper covers

Back on Track

Okay everyone, I talked to NGP today and they confirmed that the RGM Bumper Covers are available, but not stock items, so there's nothing new here. The person that I talked to said that I needed to call back and talk to the sales manager about the payment and delivery details of the "Group Buy" and I will do that. I will also find out what they meant by "fitment issues" with UK vs. US bumpers in the earlier posts.

Here's where we are...I went through the thread and there are nineteen of us who have expressed interest, and a couple of folks want multiples, so I count 25 pieces if everyone is still in. Here's the list:

1854sailor they do not have one that fits the 2001 US Golf bumper cover. Been there and tried it. The US bumper protrudes out more than the EU bumper.

The Passat Variant does fit. I don't see any listing for JSW, it will be a gamble on the Golf Variant fitting it.

Okay, here's where we are. NGP did get back to me this afternoon. However, they are putting their shop back together and doing inventory after a show last week and they didn't have time to call RGM. Right now, we are at 17 pieces confirmed with the possibility of another 6. I'll know the price break points tomorrow, but I don't imagine that there will be much of a difference between 17 and 23 covers.

Yeah- they never got back in touch with me either after trying to resurrect this whole order and contacting them on July 1st.

I spoke with them again last week and at that time I had requested 15 covers all for wagons and all black in color. Open to the payment options and wanted to make the individual transactions simple for both parties.

Still waiting on a response to the email contact info that he requested.
