Everything to do with revising information on the Portal (as of like last week) required you to essentially start over.
I logged on to upload my documents (on 9.20) I changed where I wanted to bring the car back to under my account settings, and when I went back to the upload documents portion, I lost the option to upload the Power of Attorney paperwork. After multiple calls to the hotline, their answer was to start over... I explicitly asked multiple times "Will this affect my position in line?" because I registered my claim the first day, and had a tentative Nov 1st buyback date. All they could tell me was "This is all just estimated" and I continued to fight, that yes, it is estimated, but its first come first serve. End of the day, I ended up redo-ing my claim, and was given a Dec. 15th buyback date. Once the Judge approves, and i'm given a defined date, you bet I'll be calling VW, and complaining. Not to be a whiner, but its not my fault their system went screwy, and they can verify via my previous claim number that I did in fact have a better spot in line.
Seems like VW is telling everyone the same thing "start over"
