Recently bought a 2015 A3 TDI, and did the 15k service on it this weekend. There are two service indicators on this car, one for the oil change and one for the inspection. Both are set to 12 months/10k miles. I can (and did) reset the oil change reminder through the MMI, but the inspection indicator seems to be trickier.

A Google search found this thread on the Vortex, which linked to this page on the Ross-Tech wiki. I followed those procedures (both the "reset," and specifically setting the time and distance since inspection to 0), but when I start the car, it's saying that the inspection is due in 100 miles. I've cycled the ignition a couple of times with the same result.

Autoscan is here:

Thoughts?

Emailed in the controller map along with the auto-scan, got a prompt response saying to do:

[17-Instruments]
[Adaption]

and reset both of these to 0:

IDE03351-FIX: Distance covered since last mileage-dependent inspection
IDE03352-FIX: Time since last time-dependent inspection

I thought I'd done that yesterday, but did it (again?) and it seems to have taken--both the oil change and inspection service intervals have been reset.
