replacement head lights B5.5

No comments/advice huh? I went ahead and ordered a set. I figured since they're projectors anyhow the scatter from being cheap Chinese won't hurt me too much if they'll adjust. Will report back after install

These look nice and seem to be OK with the HIDs too.

Good to know a B5.5 TDI guy is local. The ebay ones leave a gap in the headlight path on both headlights. Don't know if it's the projector lens or the HID bulbs. I'm gonna pull the HIDs out this weekend and insert std bulbs and see if it goes away. Why and what did you replace yours with and do you have any light gaps?

I replaced mine with new W8 HID's. Not because
there was anything wrong with them. They were
pretty good, but I wanted HID's.
I don't recall any gaps once I had them set, but
HID's do have a different pattern to them, so it's
possible they just need a little more adjustment.

See my other thread on boost. I fixed it with Easy Off oven cleaner. Don't forget your weekly Italian tuneups so yours won't soot up. My drive to work is from Budget's to Columbia Gas so mine never gets warm. I just installed a Frostheater so I can "tune" warmed up on the 2 mile drive in to work. BTW, I love your icon Gore getting globally warmed hee hee
