Need Part Number or source for the big female spade connectors in position 4 & 6 (sorry I can't get the pic to display, I've been here 20 years and still haven't figured out that magic.) I've purchased several different spade terminals and none of them are correct. The repair wire with two spades is about $30 from the stealership.

Thanks for your link. From the digikey website, I found 341001-6 which is described as CONN QC RCPT 11-13AWG 0.250. That might work, but I'd also like to find that terminal made for thinner wires, but it's weird I can't find it on that page.

Poking around on aliexpress I found these: dj6221-6.3C has a locking tab, correct width (6.3mm) but wire size unknown
DJ6223-6.3C same as above
1241414-1 has a sidewards crimp position
CustomConnectorKits has this female for14ga wire (nothing smaller), but it's sold out https://tinyurl.com/2ha772jh

And then my eyes glazed over after looking at many pages. So I'm thinking unknown wire size isn't so big of a deal as that is surmountable. I'm thinking I'm going to buy a small handful of the dj6223-6.3c and hope for the best.

Seems I've seen those relay terminals listed in a how-to thread in reference to some type of add-on mod. I forget which one.
Maybe worth doing a quick search in that particular section of the 101.

So...... after I've bought dozens of incorrect terminals from different chinesium vendors, waited weeks for delivery, learned crazy amounts about what to look for in a terminal, used some Marine-like language when the wrong one showed up in the mail box, then laid in the street for hours waiting for a cement truck to roll by (no such luck, not even a bicycle).... I am receiving the above suggestions. For TurboAba, I bought some that looked like what you suggested but there was no latch on the back side to keep the terminal in the socket, rendering them ineffective. In fact, I just googled that part number, went to a fleabay page where I blew up that picture, sure enough, no lock on the back of the terminal. Good try though. When the big brown truck.... or rented white one shows up, I'll publish the nearest correct part number and source.

Check their fleabay store... I haven't looked into their system in a while, since I last built my brake controller harness for the Touareg, but that was like 5 years ago

I thought so too and I think I bought some. Look closely at the back of them, they also lack the keeper to lock the terminal in place in the socket.
got a link to what you bought and was wrong? the ones i posted from mouser should be the right ones. 99.99% sure those are the ones i bought and i just used some the other day to make some lift pump wiring :)
