There just isn't anyone closer than those mentioned above for TDI specific issues. I read about your experience with the transmission, that's really a shame. Years ago when our first TDI's warranty ended I used Metric Motors (Edmond) a few times for some regular service items and they did a good job and were professional at that time. I supplied the parts (oil, filters - fuel/cabin/oil/air) they performed the labor. Good luck and hope you're able to get the Passat issues resolved.
