I went to have my jetta tinted yesterday.
I got a call from the tint guy to come down. So he showed me these little water spots inside of the window.
He tried a bunch of cleaners but did not want to use acetone since he wouldn't be able to tint it because of the residues.
I had him tint it anyway I still see the spots ever so slightly in the tint.
Anyone notice these water spots on their cars.
The tint guy thinks that during transport their was moisture in the car or some kind of acid etched the glass during building.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I know if I take it to the dealer they will want to put another window in. I know the seal will never be as good. Should I ask for some kind of compensation since I just bought it on sunday? And when I bought it I could not see every detail since it was pouring rain.
