Rear door window and lock issue

Just bought a 2012 Jetta tdi the rear door was unplugged when I plug it in the window works with the key on or off and the window lock button on the drivers doors lights up And the other windows stop working when the car is on. The lock on this door doesn’t work at all at anytime. Any ideas?
