Had a repair done this summer and it turned out to be the egr valve. Trying to contact VW to get it covered as the car is still under their extended warranty and cannot reach them any which way. It's horrible. I have been on hold for over an hour , tried the email system and it's DOWN. As if they deliberately don't want to help anyone. Any tips or tricks?
