Radio issue

I took my car in for the 15000 service and on my way home I went to listen to my IPOD and it wouldn't locate/recognize it. Just had the AUX on the screen. Sorry if this has been posted before but is there a reset or something? I did the factory reset and nothing. Maybe the sync cord is pooched? Thanks all!

My TDI is due for the 15k service in 3,800 KM.

I've had that happen before. Not only in my Jetta, but in my Jeep Grand Cherokee with the stock radio and another vehicle with a Sony aftermarket unit in it.

It's a function of the iPod. If you unplug your iPod and it doesn't come back to life, hold down the "Menu" and the "select" button (center button) for a few seconds then release. The iPod will reset.

In Canada they give the extra yr of bumper to bumper warranty instead of 3yr its 4yrs
