Radiator fans turn on but not compressor.

The fuses look okay. Where are all the sensors I need to check? If any are bad should the radiator fans turn on? I checked the sensor in the back left of the engine bay by unplugging and the fans kicked off. I tested the juice at the compressor and it's not getting the signal to turn on even though my radiator fans are turning on. Thanks in advance for your help!

Know what the system pressures are? Did it quit working all at once?

I'm not sure what the pressures are but a local mechanic said they were okay. He doesn't know much about German car wiring though. I noticed it quit working after winter and it was always consistently working before then.

So it turns out I'm getting 9 volts to the compressor when I hit the AC switch but the clutch isn't engaging. Can I change out the clutch by itself?
