OK, here's the dealio. Former shop guy has an ALH TDI. 99.5 jetta manual windows, no sunroof. he's on his way back to WI from LA for a family thing and a new job. The car is at the Luxor with him and he needs to sell it ASAP.
Issues:
Power loss intermittent. He can't drive it loaded with stuff through the mountains this way. It's an electrical fault, likely N75 or something else. Fans don't work, tested the relay and its good so it need the fans. (cheap) it's a WI car so it has some rust, is two toned with a different front end on it.
Good: Drove great up to this point. NEW TB done by me 6K miles ago. New clutch by him at the same time. Turbo with 70K on it and a new actuator on the motor. All filters and the battery are new as well. Trans is a 2000 model replacement and came from a clients car that I serviced. This car was a clients car as well and drove a 58 mile commute every day. Each way. AC works great, just have to be moving now due to fans. Car is a decent for a parts car or just give it some TLC and drive it.
Needs to be picked up in person at the luxor las vegas nv by tomorrow afternoon 08-21-18.
