Have a 2016 Audi Q5 TDI that was running rough and had a EGR coolant temp sensor light on. So we removed all of the intake and EGR components and did a complete clean of everything. Including replacing the sensors and the EGR valve actuator motor. After we got it all back together it was running even rougher and now had a contribution check engine light for Cylinders 3 & 4 and codes P0272 & P026. It felt like the cylinders were missing. I took it out for a short drive and tried do some fast accelerations to see if I could clear out the injectors. While quickly accelerating it seemed to be working fine until I suddenly got the glow plug light flashing and the car appears to be in limp mode, the other codes have cleared and I now just have P00AF code which indicates a Boost control issue. I tried to disconnect the battery and a few other things but can’t seem to get the car to reset. Thoughts?
