No, the comment period will be the required 30 days. The July date is the Preliminary fairness hearing on the CAS. In reality, until the final hearing on the CAS, the FTC and DOJ settlements are nice, but not really necessary to have accepted by the court. You can't run down to the dealer and drop the keys because the FTC or DOJ settle.Yup. "To be scheduled..." and it's only 24 days from the preliminary approval hearing. Assuming they post the information on 7/5...that'll make the comment window less than 20 days.
